Sample Canapé Menu
Vegetarian
- Sauté mushroom, lemon thyme and pecorino crostini
- Caramelised cherry tomato, whipped feta Tarte Tatin
- Cauliflower and cumin fritters, lime yoghurt (gf)
- Arancini of porcini mushroom, parmesan cream
Seafood
- Lime and chili grilled salmon skewer, sweet soy sauce (gf/df)
- Teriyaki salmon skewer, black and white sesame seeds
- Smoked fish cake with horseradish cream
- Cured kingfish, finger lime pearls (gf/df)
Meat
- Beef and black bean chili, lime sour cream taco
- Filo pastry with slow cooked lamb, sheep’s fetta and coriander
- Middle Eastern spiced meatballs in rich tomato sauce (gf/df)
- Twice cooked belly pork, plum sauce served on a spoon (gf/df)
- Rice paper rolls of crispy pork, lemongrass and black rice (gf/df)
