Our canapé menus change regularly to adapt to seasonal availability and our clients’ brief.  

Sample Canapé Menu

Vegetarian

  • Sauté mushroom, lemon thyme and pecorino crostini
  • Caramelised cherry tomato, whipped feta Tarte Tatin
  • Cauliflower and cumin fritters, lime yoghurt (gf)
  • Arancini of porcini mushroom, parmesan cream

Seafood

  • Lime and chili grilled salmon skewer, sweet soy sauce (gf/df)
  • Teriyaki salmon skewer, black and white sesame seeds
  • Smoked fish cake with horseradish cream
  • Cured kingfish, finger lime pearls (gf/df)

Meat

  • Beef and black bean chili, lime sour cream taco
  • Filo pastry with slow cooked lamb, sheep’s fetta and coriander
  • Middle Eastern spiced meatballs in rich tomato sauce (gf/df)
  • Twice cooked belly pork, plum sauce served on a spoon (gf/df)
  • Rice paper rolls of crispy pork, lemongrass and black rice (gf/df)
